What You Can Expect:
This officer will need to be available for multiple shifts; schedules are provided a week in advance and will be stationed at multiple locations.
Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc.
Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include working the site, writing post orders and training checklists and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice, and work during "high need" periods.
Patrol assigned site on foot or in a vehicle; check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, and unauthorized persons.
Write detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situations, and any other observed issues.
Basic Requirements:
18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Above average computer / technology skills needed.
Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed.
Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
CPR, AED, and First aid certifications are a plus, but are not needed for every site.
