Flex Security Officer - Dallas Fort Worth Metro Area

Location: DFW Metroplex, TX

Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) - Open Availability Required

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and reliable Flex Security Officers to support multiple corporate and high-rise client sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to different environments while maintaining a strong security presence. Flex Officers will travel between assigned locations and fill in as needed across various shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide security coverage at multiple corporate and high-rise locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols, including mobile patrol when required
• Monitor building access, verify credentials, and enforce site security protocols
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports accurately
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior security experience required (mobile patrol, flex, rover, or floater roles preferred)
• Experience in corporate and/or high-rise security environments required
• Active Texas Level II (Level 2) Security Guard Card required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to successfully clear an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel between multiple client sites in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently

Schedule Requirements:

• Must have open availability
• Ability to work any shift, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20-$22 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
