About the Role:
Elite Security Agency LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Flex Supervisor to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This dynamic role puts you at the heart of our security operations, stepping in where leadership is needed most and ensuring seamless coverage across multiple sites. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security officers across multiple client sites as needed
• Fill in for absent shift supervisors or officers to ensure continuous, uninterrupted coverage
• Conduct site inspections and enforce post orders, security protocols, and company policies
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing on-site leadership and documentation
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and law enforcement as required
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift documentation

Requirements:

• Prior experience in security supervision or law enforcement strongly preferred
• Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration or ability to obtain one
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple client sites in the Charlotte area
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
