Job Description

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements on ATM and related equipment.

Training will be provided, making this opportunity suitable for candidates with limited or no prior ATM repair experience. The ideal candidate should have basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement.

• Diagnose equipment issues using provided information and error logs.

• Maintain parts inventory and service records.

• Provide timely updates on service and repair activities.

• Take ownership of service issues through resolution.

• Follow security and safety procedures when working at customer locations.

• Complete required technical training and certifications.

• Accurately document service calls and activities.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 0–1 year of related experience; entry-level candidates are welcome.

• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to learn new technical skills quickly.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable transportation.

• Android smartphone for receiving work orders and accessing support documentation.

• Must have basic hand tools, including flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.

• Ability to lift/carry tools and parts weighing approximately 1–50 lbs.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.

• May be required to work rotating shifts, nights, or weekends based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.

• Previous experience repairing ATMs or similar technical equipment is a plus.
