Job Highlights:• Starting Pay: $0.45 per mile• Weekly Guaranteed Minimum: $1,350• Average Weekly Miles: 2,425 – 2,561• Annual Earning Potential: $70,200+• Home Time: Daily, with 2 layovers per week
️ Route Details:• Service Area: NE, KS, MO, CO, OK, IA• Average 35 stops per week• Mix of day and night routes
Bonuses and Extra Pay:• $500 New Hire Bonus (paid on second paycheck)• $3,000 Referral Bonus• Stop Pay: $17 (stops 1-3), $22 (4+ stops)• Delay Pay: $17/hour
Equipment:• 2020 and newer sleepers and straight trucks• Electric pallet jacks for unloading
Schedule:Flexible schedule covering various shifts:• Day Routes: 10:00 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 5:00 PM (layover routes)• Night Routes: Typically 10 PM departure, return following morning
Key Requirements:• 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience• Hazmat endorsement• Comfortable with night driving• Flexible schedule (varied Monday-Friday)• Must work full week to receive guaranteed minimum pay
