Position Details

• Pay: $20 to $25 per hour

• Minimum availability: 15 hours/week

What Youll Do (and Love)

Deliver Customized Stretch Sessions
Provide one-on-one, science-based assisted stretches that improve flexibility, enhance recovery, and prevent injury.

Serve as a Trusted Movement Expert
Educate clients using your deep knowledge of anatomy, mobility, and functional movement. Youll be the go-to expert they rely on for long-term results.

Create Lasting Client Connections
Centerville is a community that values relationships. Your ability to connect and build trust will keep clients engaged and motivated.

Contribute to an Energizing Studio Culture
Work collaboratively with front desk and membership teams to ensure every client walks into a space thats welcoming, professional, and goal-oriented.

Youre a Great Fit If...
Youre not just passionate about fitnessyou understand how bodies move and how people thrive.

You must have ONE of the following:

• A degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field

• A current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

• A professional license: Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

• A movement credential: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with strong anatomical and movement training

Bonus Qualifications:

• CPR/AED Certified (or willing to obtain)

• 1+ year of hands-on client experience in fitness, rehab, or wellness

• Deep understanding of human anatomy, mobility, and movement mechanics

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

• A team player who brings positive energy to a collaborative studio

• Passionate about helping people live stronger, healthier lives
