Inside our welcoming studio, certified Flexologists work one-on-one with clients to reduce pain, increase flexibility, and improve mobility and performance. Were not your average wellness spacewere building a team of passionate movement professionals committed to changing lives through mobility and human connection.

What Youll Do

• Lead Transformational Stretch Sessions
  Provide 25 to 50 to 60-minute assisted stretch sessions using PNF, dynamic, and static techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Be a Movement Specialist
  Educate clients on mobility, posture, injury prevention, and functional movement. Your deep understanding of anatomy makes you a trusted part of their wellness journey.

• Build Client Relationships That Last
  Foster strong, positive connections with clients through empathy, education, and encouragementto drive both results and retention.

• Support Studio Success
  Collaborate with front desk and sales team to ensure a seamless client experiencefrom first stretch to membership renewal.

• Grow With Us
  Participate in ongoing education and in-studio training to continuously sharpen your skills and stay at the forefront of the movement and recovery field.

Who You Are
Youre energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping people feel and move their best. Whether youre working with an athlete or a senior client, you bring positivity, patience, and professionalism to every session.

Minimum Requirements (must have one of the following):

• Degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Movement, Sports Medicine, or a related field

• Current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

• Professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

• Recognized credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with anatomy training

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• 1 or more years of experience working with clients in fitness, therapy, or wellness settings

• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement patterns

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player mentality with a proactive, can-do attitude
