FLO/Press Operator - 1st Shift

Job Title: FLO/ Production Associate 1st shift
Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673

Hourly Rate: $20

Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:15PM (Shifts could last 10 hours/Could be scheduled 6-7 days a week)

Job Overview
Operate industrial equipment in a manufacturing/warehouse environment to move, stage, and transport materials safely. Support production flow by following safety procedures, maintaining accurate inventory via scanning, and maintaining organized work areas while meeting performance expectations for quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Operate powered industrial equipment with lifting attachments to move products, materials, and equipment to designated locations within production and storage areas.
• Follow plant and EHS procedures, including required PPE use, safety rules, and reporting of safety concerns.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and follow safe parking/shutdown procedures each shift.
• Use scanning and label/reconciliation processes to support inventory control and accurate material tracking.
• Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping throughout assigned work areas.
• Participate in required meetings and cross-training to support department needs.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow safety and operating procedures, including written work instructions
• Experience operating sit-down forklift or similar powered industrial equipment (or ability to be trained)
• Comfort using computer systems and completing scanning/labeling and inventory reconciliation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment while consistently following safety and housekeeping expectations
