FLO/Press Operator - 3rd Shift

Job Title: FLO/Production Associate 3rd shift
Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673

Hourly Rate: $20.75

Schedule: 10PM- 6:15AM (Shifts could last 10 hours/Could be scheduled 6-7 days a week)

Job Overview
Operate industrial powered equipment in support of production and warehouse/flow activities, ensuring safe movement of materials and compliance with plant procedures. Perform scanning and inventory-related tasks to support accurate flow and shop-floor operations during the 3rd shift.

What You’ll Do

• Follow all plant safety rules, PPE requirements, and environmental health & safety procedures
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely to transport and stage products or materials in designated areas
• Complete required pre-shift inspections, parking, and shutdown procedures for assigned equipment
• Perform scanning, labeling, and basic inventory control tasks to support material flow accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S and housekeeping expectations
• Participate in required meetings and support continuous improvement and operating principles

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
• Comfort using scanning tools and completing inventory-related reconciliation tasks
• Willingness to work assigned 3rd shift hours and possibly extended schedules
• Basic computer/SAP shop-floor knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
• Ability to safely operate forklift/specialized MHE with a strong safety mindset
