The Floater is primarily responsible for supporting people in achieving their personal dreams and goals as designated in the individual goal plans while developing positive relationships. Floaters will work to provide coverage for Developmental Specialist, Behavioral Specialist, Individual Supports/ Supported Living Specialist during vacations, holidays, leave, or vacancies.What You'll Do:
