Proven track record of successfully completing engineering tasks utilizing mechanical CAD software (SolidWorks preferred), quantitative analysis and programming tools (such as Python), instrumentation and measurement techniques, component fabrication or procurement, systems integration and testing, as well as data collection, analysis (using ANSYS Workbench), and documentation. In-depth knowledge of material properties, manufacturing processes including CNC milling, CNC turning, sheet metal work, injection molding, laser cutting, water jet cutting, and 3D printing (for both metal and plastic).
