Express Employment Professionals is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and versatile Floater to join a local metal fabrication company!

If you enjoy staying busy, learning new skills, and working in different areas of production, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in various departments throughout the metal fabrication facility.

• Support machine operators and production teams as needed.

• Help with material handling, loading, unloading, and organizing metal parts.

• Perform basic assembly, finishing, and general production tasks.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Move between workstations and departments based on production needs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.

✅ Ability to learn new tasks quickly and follow instructions.

✅ Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment.

✅ Willingness to move between departments and assist wherever needed.

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

✅ Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

✅ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work.
