Floating (Substitute) Child Care Teacher

We're looking for caring, experienced Childcare Teachers who are ready to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to our classrooms.

This is a full-time position, and we are seeking a Floating Certified Teachers for our Harrisburg & York County Childcare Centers (addresses listed below). This role requires regular travel between multiple work sites, so reliable transportation is a must.

Inspire Hershey (Route 39): 88 S. Hershey Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17112

Inspire Shaffner: 391 Schaffner Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17112

Inspire Swatara: 5120 Lancaster St., Harrisburg, PA 17111

Our York County Locations:

Inspire Dover: 3350 Alta Vista Rd. Dover, PA 17315

Inspire East York: 4075 E. Market Street, York, PA 17402

Inspire Queen Street: 215 St. Charles Way,York, PA 17402

Inspire West York: 2498 W. Philadelphia St., York, PA 17402

• Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• At least 2500 hours professional experience with children (Required)
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (A Plus!)
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
