The Learning Experience is looking for a flexible, energetic, and dependable Floating Teacher to join our team!


At TLE, “Happy Happens Here” is more than our motto. Our Floating Teachers are an important part of our team, providing support throughout the center and helping ensure every classroom remains safe, engaging, and fully supported.


What You’ll Do

• Support classrooms across multiple age groups based on daily center needs
  
  
• Create a safe, nurturing, and FUN environment for children
  
  
• Assist Lead Teachers with classroom routines, activities, and our L.E.A.P.® curriculum
  
  
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  
  
• Provide coverage for breaks, planning time, and staff absences
  
  
• Help maintain classroom ratios and licensing requirements
  
  
• Assist with meals, diapering, transitions, rest time, and other age-appropriate care routines
  
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environments
  
  
• Adapt quickly and bring a positive attitude wherever you're needed
  
  
• Collaborate with teachers and Center Leadership to keep the day running smoothly
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for working with children of different ages
  
  
• Flexible, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented
  
  
• Comfortable adapting to different classrooms, routines, and age groups
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• Previous professional childcare experience preferred
  
  
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
