Job Summary
We are seeking a multi-tradesman Floor Installer to join our team! As a Floor Installer, you will be traveling to different job sites, installing different types of flooring as needed. You will also be accurately measuring each room, determining the amount of flooring needed for the space, and using best practices to lay each type of flooring to provide a beautiful, safe final product. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, and can work well within a team environment. 

Responsibilities 

• Look at a room and determine the flooring needs, including the type of underlay required for the material used
• Measure rooms and spaces to determine the amount of flooring needed to complete the project
• Work safely and cleanly on the job site, following best practices from both the company and the flooring manufacturer
• Lay multiple types of flooring, hardwood, LVP, and Tile.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to regularly lift and move heavy objects, and work on your hands and knees
• Strong customer service skills
