Floor Manager

Craig's is known for genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences. After 15 years of serving guests in West Hollywood, we're proud to be building our next chapter in Nashville.

As we continue to grow and prepare for one of our busiest seasons, we're expanding our leadership team and looking for a Floor Manager who leads by example, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in running a polished dining room.

This is a leadership role for someone who is calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and passionate about creating an experience that keeps guests coming back. We're proud to be part of Nashville's restaurant community and are committed to earning our place through great hospitality, exceptional food, and genuine relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead service on the floor and ensure every shift reflects Craig's hospitality standards.
• Coach and develop the hospitality team through real-time feedback and leadership.
• Maintain smooth communication between the dining room, maître d' team, bar, and kitchen.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Help maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
• Support operational excellence while never losing sight of the guest experience.

Salary: $60,000.0 - $80,000.0 / Annually
