Ideal Candidate for FLOOR TECH:

• Prior floor maintenance or housekeeping experience preferred
• Reliable
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Excellent customer service

Job Tasks to Serve Residents as FLOOR TECH:

• Keeps common area floors clean.
• Keeps resident apartment carpets clean
