The Job:Join our dynamic team! We are seeking part-time team members. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of key janitorial duties.

The Core Duties:
- Keeping our campus sparkling!
- Dusting and mopping floors
- Moving equipment and furniture for cleaning purposes
- Provide cleaning and preventative maintenance. This includes pressure washing multiple surfaces, projects for carpets, tiles, concrete and miscellaneous floor and hardscapes throughout campus
- Follow established practices regarding handling and disposal of classified materials and blood borne pathogens
- Respond to routine calls for any facility needs
- Washing walls, windows, doors, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our visitors and staff
- Seeking out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete the task
- Collecting and disposing of trash/recycling
The Essentials:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred
- Successfully complete department orientation and any pre/post-employment testing
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral )
- Ability to use a computer and communicate via email
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
- Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives
