Floor Tech Lead - Full Time

The Floor Care Specialist will perform specialized cleaning and maintenance services on a variety of flooring surfaces in commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area. Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of proper floor care procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices.

Required Experience

Candidates should have experience with:

• Carpet cleaning and extraction
• Carpet spotting and stain removal
• Hard floor scrubbing and refinishing
• Stripping and waxing/VCT floor maintenance
• Burnishing, buffing, and polishing
• Floor care equipment operation and maintenance
• Proper chemical usage and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
