Flow Room Operator

Nesco Resource is looking for a Flow Room Operator located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay: $19.25/Hour

Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for an entry-level Production Assembly Operator position. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, supporting assembly operations, and following documented work instructions in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with setup of production equipment including soldering, washing, and testing machines
• Perform basic assembly and production tasks according to written instructions and specifications
• Complete component preparation, manual assembly, mechanical assembly, wire preparation, and related production activities
• Enter production transactions into computer systems and maintain required logs and records
• Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
• Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership to meet daily goals

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow written instructions and work in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills including barcode scanning and simple data entry
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
