Key Responsibilities

• Overall Restaurant Operations: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, and mentor staff to uphold quality service and performance standards.
• Inventory Management: Purchase food and stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Training & Compliance: Ensure all team members are trained on proper food preparation, legal alcoholic beverage service, kitchen safety techniques, and health standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
