FOH: Bartender

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Bartender to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping maintain the quality, consistency, and experience that Hotboys is known for.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and able to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent beverage service and hospitality.

Job Duties:

Greet guests and create a welcoming, friendly experience

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards

Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and policies

Take guest orders accurately and provide menu and beverage recommendations

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, equipment, and supplies

Restock beverages, garnishes, and bar inventory as needed

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures

Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Indiana alcohol service permits and certifications

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old

Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain all required Indiana alcohol service permits and certifications

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and working in a high-volume environment

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout shifts

Must maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts 

Pay:

$10 Per Hour + Tips
