Position Overview

As a FOH Cashier/Expo, you will be the face of Big Chicken, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Your role is essential in delivering BIG LOVE customer service while keeping the energy high and the experience fun for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Efficiently handle cash and electronic transactions at the register.
• Coordinate food orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery as an Expo.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Skills & Qualifications

• Open availability is a must to meet the needs of our dynamic schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive, fun-loving attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Previous cashier or expo experience is a plus but not required.
