FOH SERVICE MANAGER

The Dublin Pub is seeking an experienced FOH/SERVICE LEADER to help the general manager in directing daily business operations. The FOH/SERVICE LEADER should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. The FOH/SERVICE LEADER must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager with primary emphasis on the SERVICE side of the business.

To be a successful FOH/SERVICE LEADER, you should eagerly participate in educational and training opportunities of the menu to all staff. The FOH/SERVICE LEADER must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills. Lead by example. The FOH/SERVICE LEADER should be firm, but also approachable.

A negotiable 90 day sign on bonus will be negotiated at hire.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
• Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
• Delegating daily tasks.
• Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
• Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Setting a good example for staff.

The Dublin Pub is established locally owned family Pub. It is a Irish Pub and more. The Pub is known for it's Pony Shoes, Joe's Chili, plenty of appetizers along with big burgers and a variety of sandwiches. Daily food and drink specials welcome guest every day.

Salary

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
