Food and Beverage Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hospitality-focused leader to oversee food and beverage operations across multiple service areas. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving operational excellence, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement service standards, operational procedures, and performance goals.
• Oversee menu planning, product selection, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, inventory, and cost controls to support profitability.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members to build a high-performing service culture.
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
• Collaborate with culinary, hospitality, sales, and event teams to support seamless service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements.
• Address guest feedback and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
• Ensure all outlets and service areas are presented to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in food and beverage management, hospitality, or a related leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple service operations simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, cost control, and inventory management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency with scheduling, POS, and other hospitality management systems preferred.
