Food and Beverage Director

Job Description

The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations of a company or organization. This includes managing staff, creating menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures.
• Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling.
• Create menus and ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote food and beverage offerings.
• Develop and manage budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
