About the Role:The Thrillville Thrillbillies and the Oasis Sports Complex in Marion, IL are looking for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our one-of-a-kind team. From ballpark hot dogs and ice-cold drinks to running food operations at Mtn Dew Park and The Dugout, youth tournaments, concerts, and special events, this is anything but your average job! We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table!
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Manage, train, and schedule F&B staff to maintain a high-performing team
- Develop and update menus, pricing, and specials to drive revenue and customer engagement
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and manage vendor relationships and ordering
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards
- Coordinate F&B services for dealership events, rallies, and special promotions
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management or a related hospitality role
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
- Knowledge of food cost management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Familiarity with health code regulations and food safety certifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
