Food & Beverage Server – Rancho Cucamonga, CA

A hospitality establishment is seeking a part-time Server to provide excellent dining service and create a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with seating as needed, and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate requests to the appropriate team members.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specials, and dietary considerations.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or concerns.

• Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficient service and attention to detail.

• Process payments, settle guest checks, and follow cash-handling procedures.

• Keep dining areas and service stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous hospitality or food and beverage service experience is an advantage.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy environment.

• Attention to detail when handling orders and payments.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to obtain and maintain required food safety and alcohol service certifications, as applicable.
