The Food Expo is responsible
for expediting food orders from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring that all
dishes are prepared according to specifications and delivered in a timely manner.
You will work closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and management to
maintain the flow of service, ensuring orders are completed, correctly garnished,
and delivered to the right guests.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Organize and expedite food orders coming from the kitchen to
the servers.
<\/span><\/li> - Ensure all food is plated and garnished according to the restaurant's
specifications.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Double -check orders for accuracy, including special requests,
dietary restrictions, and modifications.
<\/span><\/li> - Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure food is delivered
to guests in a timely manner.
<\/span><\/li> - Maintain a clean and organized expo station, ensuring it is stocked
with necessary supplies like garnishes, sauces, and condiments.
<\/span><\/li> - Communicate with servers to confirm that dishes are ready to
be served and meet guest specifications.
<\/span><\/li> - Monitor the timing of all orders to ensure food is served at
the proper temperature.
<\/span><\/li> - Assist in managing the flow of food and ensuring a smooth, continuous
operation during busy periods.
<\/span><\/li> - Help manage the kitchen's ticket system and prioritize orders
effectively.
<\/span><\/li> - Maintain a positive attitude and assist the team as needed to
enhance the guest experience.

or supervisor.

Requirements<\/h3>- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment
is preferred.

<\/span><\/li> - A strong understanding of food presentation, garnishing, and
menu items.

<\/span><\/li> - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight (up
