A day in this role

You arrive ready to run. After basic start-up checks, you bring complex equipment online—Texwrap, CASAN, Wexxar, ADCO, and Quantum systems—dialing in settings to meet product requirements. As product flows, you monitor seal integrity, code dates, and specifications, making real-time adjustments to protect quality. You stay alert for mechanical issues, troubleshoot quickly to reduce downtime, and complete minor maintenance to keep the line stable. Throughout the shift, you capture accurate production data, batch timings, and machine parameters, coordinating with teammates and supervisors to unlock every bit of efficiency the line can offer.

Core responsibilities

• Operate specialized packaging and production equipment: Texwrap, CASAN, Wexxar, ADCO, and Quantum
• Perform operator checks and routine minor maintenance to prevent issues
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems to minimize downtime
• Execute quality checks (seal integrity, code dates, and product specifications)
• Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent, high-quality output
• Accurately record production data, batch timings, and machine settings
• Complete documentation for quality assurance and production tracking
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize line efficiency
