About the role We are looking for a Food Processing Engineer to optimise production processes across our facilities in Illinois, Massachusetts and Wisconsin.
What you'll do
Design and improve food processing systems
Optimise production efficiency, quality and safety
Ensure compliance with FDA and food safety regulations
Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams
Lead process improvement projects
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
What we're looking for Essential
5+ years of food processing or manufacturing engineering experience
Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FDA)
Willingness to travel across IL, MA and WI
Based in the USA
Nice to have
Lean or Six Sigma certification
Experience with automation in food production
