Location: Willoughby, OH
Pay: $17.90 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM–Approximately 8:30–9:00 PM

Nesco Resource is hiring a dependable and hardworking Food Production & Sanitation Associate for a manufacturing facility in Willoughby, Ohio.

This unique opportunity combines food production and sanitation responsibilities. Candidates will begin their shift working on the production line and transition to cleaning and sanitizing equipment once production is complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, processing, and packaging on the production line.

• Monitor product quality and maintain efficient production operations.

• Transition to sanitation duties after production ends.

• Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble production equipment and machinery.

• Safely use approved cleaning chemicals and follow sanitation procedures.

• Maintain clean work areas and prepare equipment for the next production day.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and workplace safety procedures.

• Work collaboratively with production and sanitation teams.

Qualifications

• Previous food production, manufacturing, or sanitation experience preferred.

• At least one year of employment with the most recent employer preferred.

• Reliable transportation required due to variable shift end times.

• Ability to work extended shifts and transition between production and sanitation tasks.

• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following detailed sanitation procedures.

• Strong attendance, dependability, flexibility, and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
