Dining Supervisor

Shift: 11a-7p | Weekend Rotation
Status: Full Time
Department: Dining Services

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervision of serving meals and employees within the food service department.
• Training food service workers in performance of all duties
• Maintain an orderly, efficient, clean, and safe work environment.
• Assure food delivery meets resident floor needs.
• Provide customer service when issues, complaints, shortages, and requests arise.

Qualified Dining Supervisor candidates will have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1-year Supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in operating a table service operation, including equipment, utensils, and personnel.
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• General understanding of HACCP and food service regulations
• Supervisor experience preferred
