Food Service Director

The Food Service Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of school food service for the Potosi School District. This may include program planning, administration, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring. Duties of the Food Service Director include sanitation, food safety, nutrition and menu planning, food production, facility layout and design, procurement, financial management, recordkeeping, program accountability, marketing, customer service, and personnel management.

This position could become full time if the chosen candidate is interested in helping with the day-to-day preparation and service of student meals.
