Food Services Supervisor

Summary:

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has an opening for a Food Service Supervisor to work in a residential treatment facility in Gulfport, MS. The Food Service Supervisor position provides a vital role in providing fresh, nutritious, and appetizing meals to the participants in this program. Previous experience working in a cafeteria setting preferred.

This is a 24 hour facility so weekends and holidays may be required.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Serve Safe certification a plus Two (2) years of work experience in cafeteria-style food preparation preferredAbility to work independently to prepare food required Customer service skills required

Responsibilities: Accurately prepared meals in accordance with cooking directions. Abides by health department regulations.Meets scheduled meal times for facility.Serves meals to residents of facility.Provide courteous customer service to staff and consumers. Work efficiently and as a team members.Follow company guidelines. Order and maintain supplies. Coordinate meal preparation.
