A Football Manager supports the daily operations of the Bethel Football program by assisting coaches and student-athletes with practices, games, equipment, and team logistics. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down practices, managing equipment, preparing game-day materials, maintaining an organized team environment, and completing other duties as assigned. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends during the season are required.

Must be a current Bethel Student
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Willingness to learn and take direction
Travel: This position does not require travel.
Work Environment:
Indoors and outdoors. Exposure to all weather elements is anticipated (rain, snow, heat, cold etc).
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand outdoors in all weather elements for an extended period of time. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
Expected Hours of Work:
Hours as directed by head coach. Expected attendance to practices and games each week, and other duties as assigned. Weekend work for games is a requirement.
