EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SALES PROFESSIONALS

We're growing — and we're looking for proven Automotive Sales Professionals to join our team.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for experienced automotive salespeople who know how to work a deal, follow up with customers, close business, and consistently produce.

Your performance should determine your income.

• Up to 35% front-end commission
• 5% back-end commission
• $200 minimum commission + 5% back-end
• Weekly commission payouts
• Strong earning potential for experienced producers

Automotive sales doesn't have to mean living at the dealership.

• Closed every Sunday
• One weekday off every week
• One full weekend off every month
• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build relationships with customers and help them select the right vehicle for their needs
• Professionally present vehicle features, options, technology, warranties, and dealership services
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up consistently with internet leads, phone opportunities, unsold showroom traffic, and previous customers
• Work your CRM and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Effectively overcome objections, negotiate, and close sales
• Maintain gross while providing an excellent customer experience
• Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Provide professional vehicle deliveries and explain vehicle features, warranty coverage, and service requirements
• Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory, incentives, financing programs, products, and industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent automotive sales experience required
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives
• Strong understanding of the automotive sales process from initial contact through delivery
• Demonstrated ability to close deals, overcome objections, and maintain gross
• Experience handling internet leads, phone opportunities, walk-ins, and follow-up customers
• Experience using an automotive CRM
• Strong follow-up, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to generate repeat and referral business
• Self-motivated, competitive, accountable, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or GED

PREFERRED

• 2+ years of successful automotive sales experience
• Franchised new-car dealership experience
• Ford or domestic-brand experience
• History of consistently selling 12+ vehicles per month
• Established repeat and referral customer base
• Experience with digital retailing and internet sales
• Manufacturer certifications or dealership sales training
