Foreign Clearance Program Specialist
As a Foreign Clearance Program Specialist, you will advise clients within the strategic deterrence and nuclear integration mission set. You will analyze operational workflows, conduct stakeholder discussions, and provide actionable roadmaps to optimize processes while ensuring strict compliance with host-nation sovereignty laws, foreign clearance requirements, and arms control agreements.

Requirements:
3+ years of direct experience processing and coordinating country and theater clearances.
Firm understanding of Defense foreign clearance procedures, regulations, and international travel reporting protocols.
Hands-on experience with the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) policy and procedures.
In-depth knowledge of the Department Foreign Clearance Program (FCP) and international treaties/agreements relevant to military operations.
Formally completed training/certifications:
Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) Training
Antiterrorism Level II Training
OPSEC Level II Certification
Defense Travel System (DTS) Training
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, National Security Studies, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
