What You'll be Doing:
Leading daily job site operations with professionalism and precision
Setting production goals and tracking progress throughout the week
Overseeing material delivery and staging, ensuring accuracy and readiness
Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining clean, efficient job sites
Communicating consistently with the project manager and resolving field issues as needed
Documenting change orders, job progress, and project milestones
Mentoring and training team members while maintaining a positive crew environment
Previous experience in construction or roofing is required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Tech-savvy with basic computer/email proficiency
Detail-oriented, punctual, and safety-focused
Comfortable making decisions and solving problems on-site
Willingness to travel for projects as needed
