What You’ll Be Doing - Leading and supervising painting & pressure washing crews on commercial and industrial projects
- Planning daily work, setting crew expectations, and keeping jobs moving
- Overseeing surface prep, painting, coatings, and pressure washing
- Stepping in hands‑on when needed to support the crew or solve problems
- Communicating daily with Superintendents and customers
- Managing tools, materials, and equipment usage
- Leading weekly toolbox talks and enforcing the Job Site Safety Plan (JSSP)
Who We’re Looking For - Prior Foreman or Lead experience in commercial painting or construction
- Strong leadership — crews respect you because you know the work
- Comfortable being both leader and doer when the job demands it
- Organized, reliable, and safety‑minded
- Clear communicator who keeps jobs on track
