We are seeking an experienced Grading Foreman to oversee daily operations and manage crews on heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grading, earthwork, and site operations, with a focus on safety, quality, and project schedules.

Oversee job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
Manage daily crew activities, schedules, attendance, and work assignments.
Coordinate operations based on project priorities, weather, materials, and staffing.
Train, mentor, and supervise crew members.
Ensure proper use of construction equipment, tools, and safety gear.
Maintain quality standards and monitor project budgets and material costs.
Resolve on-site issues and communicate project updates to supervisors and engineers.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a Heavy Civil Grading Foreman.
Strong knowledge of grading, earthwork, construction equipment, and materials.
Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and blueprints.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple job site activities.
High school diploma or relevant skilled trade certification preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
