    Job Description

    Role Overview
    As a Field Service Foreman, you will lead service and repair crews while maintaining accountability for project execution, customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and safety. You will provide daily leadership to Field Service Technicians and serve as the primary point of coordination between customers and operations teams.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and direct Field Service Technician team members.
    • Perform roofing, siding, and exterior repair and replacement projects.
    • Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites.
    • Ensure jobsite cleanliness and exceptional daily cleanup.
    • Notify neighboring property owners at project startup.
    • Capture and maintain project documentation through photographs and project records.
    • Coordinate customer communications and provide daily progress updates.
    • Identify and communicate material requirements to prevent project delays.
    • Maintain inventory and vehicle readiness.
    • Utilize company CRM and technology systems for project documentation and workflow management.
    • Ensure projects meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
    Requirements
    • 2-3 years of roofing experience required.
    • Advanced knowledge of roofing and siding repair techniques.
    • Understanding of roof leak diagnosis and water management systems.
    • Understanding of construction framing principles and use of framing tools.
    • Ability to fabricate sheet metal using a brake.
    • Experience operating construction tools and equipment.
    • Proven ability to lead and direct a team.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights.
    • Availability Monday through Saturday.
