Position Summary

Pacific Tech Communications Inc. (PTC) is seeking an experienced Foreman (Aerial / Underground) to provide field leadership, production oversight, and safety compliance across fiber and telecommunications construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring quality execution, maintaining schedule adherence, and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews to meet production goals

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards

• Coordinate daily work plans and job assignments

• Monitor quality control and adherence to engineered specifications

• Maintain production reporting and documentation

• Serve as primary field contact for project management


Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or construction leadership

• Strong understanding of OSP construction practices

• Ability to manage crews and production schedules

• Valid driver’s license


Preferred Qualifications

• CDL preferred

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• Experience leading multi-crew operations


Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs as needed

• Extended standing and site mobility
