Lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecommunication systems, ensuring safety, project timelines, and quality.
Responsibilities include leading teams, training crew members, reading blueprints, adhering to safety and regulatory policies, assisting with daily operations, communicating with property owners, and safely operating heavy equipment in all weather conditions.
Requirements: 18+, valid driver’s license, 3+ years of related experience, preferred previous foreman experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
