Foremost Dryer Operator - Night Shift

Pay: From $27.50 USD per hour and up based on experience (+ $0.50 USD per hour night shift differential)

Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Short Description:
Join our team as a Dryer Operator! Operate and monitor production equipment, perform cleaning and CIP tasks, complete routine maintenance, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dryer equipment, tanks, and Honeywell controllers.
• Add lime to adjust product pH, including manually handling 50-pound bags.
• Record required production readings each hour.
• Perform manual dryer cleaning using tools such as an air hammer.
• Operate CIP systems and use cleaning chemicals to clean equipment and finisher stacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate a company forklift after completing required certification.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist maintenance personnel with repairs as needed.
• Complete additional production, cleaning, and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform physically demanding, hands-on production and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently and follow established safety and operating procedures.
• Ability to manually handle 50-pound bags of lime as required.
• Ability to obtain required company forklift certification.
