What You’ll Tackle Nightly

• Adhere to plant safety policies from clock-in to clock-out.
• Conduct compliance checks; complete accurate paperwork, documentation, and reports.
• Perform visual inspections to catch defects, abnormalities, or cosmetic issues on wheels.
• Verify dimensions against control plans; ensure parts meet specifications and appearance standards.
• Support TPM initiatives and maintain 5S to keep the area organized and efficient.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Qualifications

Basic

• Training provided; entry-level candidates welcome
• High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of work experience

Preferred

• 2+ years of general work experience
• Manufacturing background
• Data entry and basic computer proficiency

Physical Realities of the Job

• Lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally; frequent/constant lifting up to 25 lbs
• On your feet and moving: standing, walking, bending, and twisting for 80%+ of the shift
• Work in a non-climate-controlled, noisy production environment (constant exposure)
