About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on operating stand-up forklifts, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to promote efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and stage products for shipping.
• Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems for order processing and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Certification to operate stand-up forklifts (Tier 5 - Certified Forklift 20lbs+).
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Experience with shipping and receiving, order picking/packing, and general warehouse operations.
