We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Stand-Up Forklift Operator / Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating stand-up forklifts, preparing shipments, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Move materials throughout the warehouse and stage products for shipping.
Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy.
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties as assigned.
