About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations in Napa, CA. The primary focus of this role is operating clamp and reach forklifts to facilitate the movement of goods, assist with order picking, loading and unloading trucks, and support inventory accuracy within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate clamp and reach forklifts to move pallets and goods, including finished products, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Pick customer orders accurately using warehouse inventory systems and processes.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety and inventory integrity.
• Put away finished goods and raw materials at designated warehouse locations.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to receive, process, and complete work orders and transactions.
• Stack products safely to maintain warehouse safety standards.
• Perform flow rack transactions and housekeeping tasks such as leaker pickup.
• Operate stretch wrappers to secure pallets for storage or shipment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation.
• Follow standard safety procedures and GMP policies at all times.
• Comply with forklift and clamp certification re-certification requirements.
• Support warehouse operations by working overtime and flexible shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts, clamp lifts, or heavy machinery.
• Certification in forklift and clamp driving (must pass in-house skills test).
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and any shift, adhering to GMP policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with flow rack transactions and warehouse housekeeping tasks.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
