What You'll Do

• Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, finished products, pallets, and other materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers and move materials to designated production and storage areas.
• Supply production lines with the materials needed to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Remove finished products and materials from production areas.
• Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Follow all forklift operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate material movement and inventory information when required.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and supervisory teams.
• Perform other material-handling and production-support duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift or material-handling experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
